 An immunotherapy of intramuscular injection for treating degenerative conditions.

 Regenerall initiates de novo protein synthesis. Immunological enhancement occurs by greatly diminishing hydrolysis of 2-diethylaminoethyl P-aminobenzoate, a known immunoactivity agent. 

 Many diseases are of unknown etiology or obscure pathogenesis. Because these disorders may respond transiently or incompletely to appropriate antibiotic, surgical, antihistamine, and anti-inflammatory treatment, Regenerall has been used in the hope of favorably altering the course of the disease. Cases of: gangrene, diabetic complications and cardiovascular disease have responded favorably. There are numerous testimonial reports which indicate the benefits from the use of immunotherapies for a variety of degenerative disorders, including those listed above. 

 Regenerall should not be given to patients with known hypersensitivity to procaine. Regenerall should not be given to patients with Hodgkin, multiple myeloma, or acute leukaemia because of the sensitizing effect on leukocytes and their corresponding role in these diseases. Patients must not use alcoholic beverages, corticosteroids, or any other known immunosuppressing drugs 

 Temporary dizziness, mild depression, and/or anxiety (15 to 30 minutes) are common and, if severe, may limit the dose that can be comfortably administered. Systemic reactions to Regenerall are rare because immediate hypersensitivity to procaine is rare. If skin reactions are accompanied by systemic symptoms, administration of Regenerall should be stopped. 

•  Systemic reactions are rare. If any do occur, they should be treated like other allergenic reactions using epinephrine and antihistamines. In the event that a severe systemic or anaphylactic reaction occurs, inject 0.3 ml to 0.5 ml of 1:1000 Epinephrine HCI. The dose may be repeated every 5 to 10 minutes, since a succession of small doses is more effective (and less dangerous) than a single large dose.

• After adequate epinephrine has been given and the symptoms are not responding rapidly, intravenous or intramuscular antihistamines, given according to the manufacturer’s directions, should be tried. Other measures which may be necessary are oxygen, endotracheal intubation, resuscitation, intravenous sodium bicarbonate, or corticosteroids if it is likely that the reactions will be prolonged. Rarely are all of the above measures necessary, the epinephrine usually produces a prompt response. However, the physician should be prepared in advance for all contingencies; promptness in beginning emergency treatment measures is of utmost importance. 

There are no known interactions with other drugs.

Carcinogenesis, mutagenesis, impairment of fertility. Regenerall has been used with no reports of carcinogenesis, mutagenesis or impairment of fertility.

Pregnancy: Regenerall has been used in all states of pregnancy with no reports of untoward effects on the mother, the fetus, or on the course of pregnancy or delivery.

 Diet:  Patient must ingest a balanced diet emphasizing sufficient protein with the 8 essential amino acids. A minimum of 100 grams of quality high protein food per day in addition to the standard prescribed diet is considered sufficient. Regenerall causes de novo protein synthesis: therefore adequate dietary protein must be eaten daily to prevent hypoproteinemia. A therapeutic multivitamin (B&C) complex is recommended. 

 10 ml injection once a day for ten days and thereafter twice a week. The injection must be deep and intramuscular (21G x 1.5 inch needle due to its viscosity), gluteus maximus or triceps are the preferred sites. For smaller individuals, under 45 kg (100 lbs), the administered dose should be individualized (0.15ml/kg). 

Regenerall is a sterile injectable, packaged as an individual 10 ml single dose ampoule, 5 to a box. It is a clear yellow liquid. If discoloration or particles appear, discard the material

 Storage: Store at 65-75F/19-24C. Expiration is shown on vial label. Keep out of direct sunlight.
